Partnerships
At the heart of our work is a committment to the development of partnerships between people, teams and organisations. Our process-led approach to partnership working enables us to work with these groups to support the development of value-adding collaboration and so improve outcomes for children and young people.
We have been very focussed on partnership development for several years, and much of what we now do is enabling and facilitating partnership working. Some examples of this are
- engaging with Local Delivery Groups in Essex to support schools in meeting the Full Core Offer and co-ordinate joint projects in the Group - for example, a Health and Well Being Project in West Essex.
- working alongside the Apause group to support SRE in Essex schools.
