We have always believed that good professional development is at the heart of improving performance, developing confidence and establishing self-esteem. Continuing professional development (CPD) is a key element pf much of our work, and we have considerable expertise in planning, designing and facilitating CPD programmes. We particularly emphasise the inportance of focused needs assessment, personalised development programmes, effective performance management, and the purposeful use of professional portfolios.

Training and development of health professionals, teachers and youth workers to support the development of healthy schools, sex and relationship education, drug education and the promotion of emotional health for individuals and organisations.

Working with Aspect to design and deliver the national School Improvement Adviser programme. This includes developing audit tools and professional portfolios with many local authority teams.

Leadership development for individuals and management teams in a variety of public sector organistaions. This process is based on needs analysis, often using 360 degree review processes, and includes coaching and mentoring as important elements.
